Since mobile users growing in great number, immediate requirement was to provide a mobile compatiable web application for existing 192.com site.
I have lead the UX/UI team as well hands on with User research, Workshops, Wire frames/prototypes, Usability testing, Workflows, User scenarios, Interaction design and Visual design. The project challenge was to provide precise and concise user experience for mobile checkout payment. Though the target audience varied from old age to the young generation, we identified a primary persona to model interaction design considering his ability to use touch screen device is somehow limited to user motor skills and technological knowledge due to age factor.
I have initiated the project by doing user research, which is a great way to understand user goals. Also, by stakeholder interview gave an in-depth knowledge about business requirements and that lead to a collaborative design workshop. The different team members involved in brainstorming session and contributing their knowledge and expertise. The workshop inspired UX designer to come up with great ideas for mobile specific user flow and interaction design.
End solution implimented are a single page for sign-in and registration, minimum products to offer and payment & billing address combined.
